Where are you located?
I’m based in Los Angeles, California. With all the spam calls, emails, and random visits, I prefer to share my info when asked. The first step we’ll do is a FREE CONSULTATION to talk about your business goals and answer all your questions. We can see if I’m a good fit for your project.
Who has been your biggest client?
While I have worked with several major brands, I don’t consider them my direct clients as the work was developed through agencies. The client who has had the most significant influence on my work and career is Dirk Ahlborn, an entrepreneur, investor, founder, and Chairman & CEO of Jumpstarter, Inc. and Hyperloop Transportation Technologies. This is a proposed high-speed transportation developed in conjunction with Elon Musk.
Client’s Review “Javier is an outstanding designer. He worked hard to meet his deadlines and wasn’t scared of even working all night through. I definitely would work with him again any time.”

How much does it cost?
Being transparent about financial matters is essential for efficiency, so I require specific details regarding your expectations. Let’s talk about your business goals, budget, and areas where you seek assistance. With this information, I can promptly provide you with a tailored quote.
How long will it take?
Past projects have typically ranged from a few weeks to a year in duration. Transparency is critical, so you’ll always have a clear idea of what to expect beforehand. Timeframes are outlined in all quotes and invoices, ensuring clarity before we commence work. It varies based on a few factors:
- Is the budget already set?
- Have you tackled an identity project before?
- What specific elements require design?
- Can changes be made to the brief once we kick off?
- How many decision-makers are involved in the process?
- Is the speed of completion prioritized over quality?
What’s the process?
While there’s room for flexibility, most projects I undertake typically encompass several vital phases: research, creative strategy, design, and implementation. Let me provide a brief overview of each:
Research:
This phase involves gathering insights and data to inform the subsequent stages of the project. It’s about understanding your audience, market trends, and competitors.
Creative Strategy:
Here, we develop a plan outlining how we’ll creatively achieve your objectives. It involves brainstorming ideas, defining messaging, and establishing the project’s direction.
Design:
This is where we bring concepts to life visually. Whether crafting a logo, designing marketing materials, or creating digital assets, this phase is about turning ideas into tangible visuals.
Implementation:
The final stage is putting everything into action. It includes launching campaigns, rolling out designs across various platforms, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Each phase plays a crucial role in the project’s success, and I’m dedicated to guiding you through every step of the process.
What do you need from me?
Together, we’ll discuss your business objectives, how success will be gauged, the creative direction for the design, and various other pertinent details. I aim to ensure that you receive an outcome that meets and exceeds your expectations, enhancing the quality and impact of your offerings in the marketplace.
Do you have any examples of logo and brand identity guidelines?
These guidelines and manuals can vary significantly from client to client and project to project. Some are concise single-page documents, while others span 10 to 20 pages. I have many examples of work I don’t want you to spend ages seeking for a project that meets your expectations. I will make it easy for you! Just click here
